3. Order Confirmation
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
  • Order processing begins immediately after payment.
  • We may contact you if any files are missing or unclear.

4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices include taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Full payment is required before printing begins.
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders due to pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen factors.
  • Incorrect address details may cause delivery issues.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply if the courier cannot deliver the package.

6. Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are accepted only for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Print quality issues caused by us

All content on Printro including images, text, logos, and graphics is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission. By uploading your designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.


8. Limitation of Liability

Printro is not liable for:

  • Customer-submitted design mistakes
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Minor variations in print colors
  • Product misuse after delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the order only.


9. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your account login details and ensuring the accuracy of information provided. Any activity through your account is your responsibility.
