Return & Refund Policy

At Printro, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, our return and refund policy ensures fairness and transparency.


1. Items Eligible for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • There is a printing issue or incorrect customization caused by us
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order is incomplete or missing items

Note: Personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind or errors provided by the customer (spelling, images, design, etc.).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Custom-printed items with customer-submitted mistakes
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Timeframe for Return Requests

Return/replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Proof Required

To verify your claim, please share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Order ID and registered details

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The order cannot be replaced
  • Cancellation was made before printing started
  • The product is defective and no replacement is possible

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days.


6. Replacement Policy

If approved, replacements are reprinted and shipped at no cost. You may not need to return the item unless specifically requested.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
